Tasting Notes
Freminus is the embodiment of the expression of the White Chenin on shale soils.
This organic savoury wine of Savennières is the result of the winemaking of the grapes of a plot that bears the same name.
Her dress is pale yellow with bright reflections. The bouquet is adorned with notes of white flowers, lime. In the mouth, this wine is a perfect balance between salinity and minerality.
No doubt this wine accompanies the gastronomy of the seaside. Pairs well with cod accras, bar fillet, fennel, kidney pork roast, curry lamb, goat cheese beet
95 Points - James Suckling
This excellent Savennieres is packed with orange blossom, candied orange, elderflower and honeycomb aromas. Rich and creamy on the medium- to full-bodied palate, but with fantastic slatey character that gives the finish enormous freshness. Excellent aging potential. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
