Winemaker's Tasting Notes 
A seductive wine with a plethora of aromas. Oregano and violets are wrapped around a core of dark cherries, green pepper and espresso roast. The palate sets the ground along with the velvety tannins cutting through a complex and complete finish. A spherical wine seamlessly textured with no hard edges in sight. Delicious early on, better with age. 

Deep red colour. Pepper, spicy aromas, fresh black fruit, cacaο and cherries
aromas. The mouthfeel is rich, complex and dynamic with smooth and
precise tannins. Long lasting finish and a great aging potential.

95 Points - James Suckling 
This is a beautifully crafted red that shows the character of the beautiful island of Tinos. Blackberries, blueberries, fresh thyme, rosemary and violets on the nose. Succulent and attractive, with touches of bitter lemons and Iodine. Some subtle notes of granite and salt, too. Very drinkable already, but two or three years will make it better.
