Why is this the Wine of the Moment?
As you pour the wine, you will notice its rich viscosity promising a rewarding tasting experience. The aromas are concentrated and complex with scents of orange blossom, honeysuckle and dried peach and apricot. The flavors fill the mouth in a hedonistic explosion of ripe tropical fruits and candied orange peel which linger beautifully on the palate. Typical of all great dessert wines, our Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc shows the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It is easy to make an artificially sweet wine, but extremely difficult to make one produced by Nature in the classic tradition. And the difference is obvious once you taste it! We recommend this wine be served chilled.
Kapiti Kikorangi, Bleu Cheese from Hillside Grazing - Cow, Manurewa, New Zealand
Why is this the Cheese of the Moment?
With an unmistakable creamy golden curd and rivers of dark blue, this cheese has passed into legend status!!! Every time I taste people on this cheese they want to buy it... I think its the greatest bleu made today. Triple cream style but not runny - just super rich and round with a rich buttery texture. Made by very athletic cows and happy cows from a cooler spot in New Zealand - and these cows only speak the indigenous language of Mãori. So excited to introduce this to you! #TRUSTME
